At The Heart Of It, we cultivate a welcoming and warm environment for children of all ages, offering engaging classes filled with circle time, nature walks, storytime, mindfulness, and process-based art adventures. This is an adult (parent or caregiver) and Me style class to spark creativity and imagination. Join us to nurture your child's growth and discovery! This class has open play included after the art is completed. Enjoy connecting with other families in our safe, joyful space!

Cancellation Policy
Our studio has a clean sneaker or no shoe policy. Please carry in clean sneakers or plan to be without shoes. This applies to children as well. For fitness classes, please bring a yoga mat. Advanced registration is required for classes and events. Class registration closes an hour prior to the start of class. Cancellation windows for regularly scheduled classes is 2 hours before. A late cancellation or no show will incur a cancellation charge. This cancellation policy also applies to memberships and class package holders. The cancellation windows for Special Events, Workshops and Cycling Classes is now 10 hours prior to the start of the class or event due to the nature of these classes.
