Kids Fitness and Running Club

Taught by certified fitness and youth exercise specialists, the kids fitness and running club aims to build total body strength, improve overall fitness abilities, and build endurance in a safe, fun environment. 

With a focus on proper form and technique, participants will work on agility, mobility, coordination, and movement to help build confidence in their abilities and performance in sports and, more importantly, maintaining an active lifestyle for years to come.
