Meet the Team

Rachel Goodale
Owner and Founder, Stroller Strong Mamas
Owner, The Heart of It
I have always been a passionate advocate of the benefits physical activity can have on your physical and mental health. That is why in 2013 I became a certified personal trainer to help others reach their fitness goals. As my family started to grow, so did my desire to help women and families navigate the difficult pre- and post-natal time. In 2015, when I was pregnant with my oldest, Reece, Stroller Strong Mamas started with a small group of dedicated women exercising in parks and fitness studios in Riverhead. Today, hundreds of mamas, dads, grandparents, and littles have joined me in their fitness journeys!

Amelia Little
Owner and Founder, Little Moments Little Fam
Owner, The Heart of It
I'm Amelia- a mom of three, a former classroom teacher and a lifelong advocate for meaningful learning. After years spent guiding students and supporting educators, it was motherhood that brought me back to the power of play.
In those early parenting days, I found joy in the mess-watching my babies explore, create and connect through sensory experiences. That spark led to Little Moments Little Fam, a project rooted in the belief that children learn best through play, and that parents thrive in supportive, connected communities.

Kara Kitt
Group Fitness Instructor
I am from the woods of Maine and have been told I stick out like a sore thumb in New York City. Now I’m enjoying the “woods” again on the North Fork with my husband and two kids and I couldn’t be happier. I have a passion for all things happy and healthy. Moments such as breaking a personal record in a race, dead lifting your body weight or finally being able to do a push up are little yet, huge, feats that make working out all worthwhile. The mind is a powerful weapon and I am here to push you to use it in the safest most effective way to get the most out of your body. All while having fun! "The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent." - Arnold Schwarzenegger
