Service Description
Barre with Cindey will have you burning! Barre is a mix of pilates and dance with a mix of fired up cardio to get the barre burn! Bring your yoga mat and carry in clean sneakers. Classes are "Parent and Me Style." Bring your kids of all ages, or come without. Our studio has a clean sneaker or no shoe policy. Please carry in clean sneakers or plan to be without shoes. This applies to children as well. For fitness classes, please bring a yoga mat. Please arrive a few minutes early. Please do not interrupt the classes in session prior to your class. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy
Our studio has a clean sneaker or no shoe policy. Please carry in clean sneakers or plan to be without shoes. This applies to children as well. For fitness classes, please bring a yoga mat. Please arrive a few minutes early. Please do not interrupt the classes in session prior to your class. Thank you. Advanced registration is required for classes and events. Class registration closes an hour prior to the start of class. Cancellation windows for regularly scheduled classes is 2 hours before. A late cancellation or no show will incur a cancellation charge. This cancellation policy also applies to memberships and class package holders. The cancellation windows for Special Events, Workshops and Cycling Classes is now 10 hours prior to the start of the class or event due to the nature of these classes.
