Service Description
Victoria is bringing her knowledge and techniques. This class will teach ways to engage the core and pelvic floor with various traditional Pilates exercises with slow and controlled precise movement and breathing. This is a great class for anyone looking to work the core and pelvic floor. Please wear grip socks and bring a yoga mat. This class is a kid-free class! Come and focus on your breathing and movements without the distraction of the kids. Updated Policies Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early to classes so we may begin on time with everyone properly set up for class. It is required to bring a yoga mat and clean sneakers to every class. We provide the other equipment unless it is otherwise specified. Class sign up is one hour prior and cancellation is still 2 hours prior to the start of class.

In the event of a cancellation on the end of the Company, registrants will be offered a full refund or credit for an upcoming session Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable upon registering and submitting payment. Your spot will not be held without payment.
