Service Description
Victoria is bringing her knowledge and techniques. This class will teach ways to engage the core and pelvic floor with various traditional Pilates exercises with slow and controlled precise movement and breathing. This is a great class for anyone looking to work the core and pelvic floor. Please wear grip socks and bring a yoga mat. This class is a kid-free class! Come and focus on your breathing and movements without the distraction of the kids. Updated Policies Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early to classes so we may begin on time with everyone properly set up for class. It is required to bring a yoga mat and clean sneakers to every class. We provide the other equipment unless it is otherwise specified. Class sign up is one hour prior and cancellation is still 2 hours prior to the start of class.

Cancellation Policy
Our studio has a clean sneaker or no shoe policy. Please carry in clean sneakers or plan to be without shoes. This applies to children as well. For fitness classes, please bring a yoga mat. Advanced registration is required for classes and events. Class registration closes an hour prior to the start of class. Cancellation windows for regularly scheduled classes is 2 hours before. A late cancellation or no show will incur a cancellation charge. This cancellation policy also applies to memberships and class package holders. The cancellation windows for Special Events, Workshops and Cycling Classes is now 10 hours prior to the start of the class or event due to the nature of these classes.
