Service Description
Victoria is bringing her knowledge and techniques. This class will teach ways to engage the core and pelvic floor with various traditional Pilates exercises with slow and controlled precise movement and breathing. Strength Training is incorporated for a full body workout. This is a great class for anyone looking to work the core and pelvic floor. Please wear grip socks and bring a yoga mat.

In the event of a cancellation on the end of the Company, registrants will be offered a full refund or credit for an upcoming session Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable upon registering and submitting payment.
