Cancellation Policy

Our studio has a clean sneaker or no shoe policy. Please carry in clean sneakers or plan to be without shoes. This applies to children as well. For fitness classes, please bring a yoga mat. Please arrive a few minutes early. Please do not interrupt the classes in session prior to your class. Thank you. Advanced registration is required for classes and events. Class registration closes an hour prior to the start of class. Cancellation windows for regularly scheduled classes is 2 hours before. A late cancellation or no show will incur a cancellation charge. This cancellation policy also applies to memberships and class package holders. The cancellation windows for Special Events, Workshops and Cycling Classes is now 10 hours prior to the start of the class or event due to the nature of these classes. AFTER CLASSES CONCLUDE: After a class ends, adults and children are no longer under the supervision of our staff unless they are enrolled in a subsequent program. Because additional programming begins immediately after many classes, our staff must transition their attention to incoming participants. We ask that participants promptly leave the property once your class has concluded. To help maintain a safe environment, families may not remain in the play areas, in common areas, or in the parking lot after class. We ask that all families exit the property within a few minutes of class dismissal. Thank you for helping us provide a safe and well-supervised environment for every family.
