Service Description
Join us at The Heart of It for the OG Strong Mamas and Little Moments Class; a fun filled morning for everyone. A mamas' workout followed by an Easter Egg hunt and Craft! Be sure to bring your Easter basket or a bag to collect eggs during the egg hunt! We begin our morning with Strong Mamas Fitness. We lead by example and workout with our kids. Bring your kids of all ages, a yoga mat, clean sneakers for an indoor workout and your water. All levels of fitness are welcome as well as prenatal and newly postpartum mamas! Continue your morning with us as we transition to an outdoor Easter Egg Hunt + Craft One price for both classes!

Cancellation Policy
Our studio has a clean sneaker or no shoe policy. Please carry in clean sneakers or plan to be without shoes. This applies to children as well. For fitness classes, please bring a yoga mat. Advanced registration is required for classes and events. Class registration closes an hour prior to the start of class. Cancellation windows for regularly scheduled classes is 2 hours before. A late cancellation or no show will incur a cancellation charge. This cancellation policy also applies to memberships and class package holders. The cancellation windows for Special Events, Workshops and Cycling Classes is now 12 hours prior to the start of the class or event due to the nature of these classes.
