Parent and Me Workout followed by a Tie Dye + Foam Party
Service Description
Bring your kids of all ages! Everyone is welcome to come workout and then tie dye a shirt and participate in the foam party. All supplies are provided for the tie dye. Just bring a yoga mat for the workout.

Cancellation Policy
Our studio has a clean sneaker or no shoe policy. Please carry in clean sneakers or plan to be without shoes. This applies to children as well. For fitness classes, please bring a yoga mat. Advanced registration is required for classes and events. Class registration closes an hour prior to the start of class. Cancellation windows for regularly scheduled classes is 2 hours before. A late cancellation or no show will incur a cancellation charge. This cancellation policy also applies to memberships and class package holders. The cancellation windows for Special Events, Workshops and Cycling Classes is now 12 hours prior to the start of the class or event due to the nature of these classes.
