Cancellation Policy

Our studio has a clean sneaker or no shoe policy, feel free to bring cozy socks or slippers for classes. We ask that you arrive on time for kids classes. More often than not, the studio is being used for another class and has to finish before we can transition to the kids' class. Please do not interrupt the classes in session prior to your class. Thank you. Advanced registration is required for classes and events. Class registration closes an hour prior to the start of class. Cancellation windows for regularly scheduled classes is 2 hours before. A late cancellation or no show will incur a cancellation charge. This cancellation policy also applies to memberships and class package holders. The cancellation windows for Special Events, Workshops and Cycling Classes is now 10 hours prior to the start of the class or event due to the nature of these classes. Please note, that any event is subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. In the event of a cancellation on the end of the Company, registrants will be offered a full refund or credit for an upcoming session Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable upon registering and submitting payment. Your spot will not be held without payment. Packages and Memberships cannot be refunded or credited once they have begun being used. In the event a purchase was made by accident, please contact us immediately to rectify the purchase. Please take note of expiration dates on classes and packages. If you need to extend a package because it is expiring, there is a $20 charge or one class deducted from the package for a 3 month extension.
