Mother’s Support Circle for Postpartum Mamas with Babies; birth- pre-crawler. Come for Support, Connection & Education on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, beginning February 24th- March 31. Our 6-week Mother’s Support Circle, led by postpartum doula Emily Tobey, is a weekly in-person group for postpartum moms to connect, feel supported, and be truly understood. You will hear from trusted experts in infant care and development, maternal mental health, and pelvic floor health and healing. Meet other local moms and share in conversations about adjusting to motherhood, managing changing relationships, coping with emotional ups and downs, and other topics guided by the needs and experiences of the group. Motherhood is beautiful – but it can also be challenging and isolating. You don’t have to do it alone! Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, this nurturing space is for you. Come just as you are. Share as much or as little as you are comfortable with. We warmly welcome pre-crawling babies to attend with their moms. Each session will be followed by an optional 30-minute postpartum pelvic floor, C-section recovery and core rehabilitation class led by Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Core Exercise Specialist, Rachel Goodale.
